Uzima Life - Coaching. Leadership Development. Facilitation. Organisational Transformation
Uzima originates from Swahili and evokes life, vitality and wholeness.
The name reflects my belief that growth begins with awareness — of ourselves, of others and of the wider systems of which we are part.
How we perceive, relate and respond shapes the possibilities we see and the choices we make. By cultivating presence, expanding awareness and recognising familiar patterns, we create space for new perspectives, conscious choices and meaningful change.
Through coaching, leadership development, facilitation and organisational transformation, I work with individuals, leaders, teams and organisations to explore new possibilities, navigate complexity and create the conditions for purposeful, sustainable growth.
At its heart, Uzima Life is about bringing greater awareness and conscious choice into how we live, lead and work together — contributing to positive change for ourselves and the world around us.
What I Offer
Uzima Life creates spaces for cultivating presence, expanding awareness and strengthening our capacity for conscious choice and purposeful action — individually and collectively.
My work focuses on two interconnected areas:
1. Accompanying those who accompany others
For coaches, facilitators, leaders and others who hold space for growth and transformation.
Deepening the inner presence, self-awareness and capacity to regulate and ease ourselves, so that we can accompany others with greater clarity, compassion and openness to what wants to emerge.
Through individual coaching, small-group programmes, training, workshops and retreats.
2. Conscious leadership and collective transformation
For leaders, teams, organisations and wider communities.
Creating conditions for greater awareness, connection and collective intelligence, enabling people to navigate complexity, move beyond reactive patterns and co-create new possibilities for meaningful change.
Through leadership development, team and systems coaching, facilitation and organisational development.
At the heart of both is the understanding that the inner state from which we engage with others shapes the possibilities we create together.
